Yes. A free Prologue demo is available on Steam right now. The demo has received nine updates through June, July and August 2026, including three hotfixes in August, and it introduced many of the named weapons, regions, skills and enemies you will see at full launch.
Is Pax Autocratica co-op or multiplayer?+
Pax Autocratica is single-player at launch with Steam Cloud and Family Sharing. Co-op is a planned major feature to be developed during Early Access, but it is not implemented in the current build. The official roadmap targets roughly two years of Early Access before full release.

Colony management is the simulation half of the game. Combat is a first-person roguelite experience. You lead squads into battles against the Scourgeborn, using melee and ranged weapons, dodging bullet-hell projectile patterns, and commanding infantry, mechs and tanks. Weapons are modified by Weapon Cores and Combination Cores that define your build.
